Parking when finishing test

Does anyone know if you have to park in an RSA specified spot when finishing your test or can you park in any available spot in the car park.

My test is in Naas and the RSA specified spots are sometimes very full but there are plenty of other free spaces around.

You can park anywhere in that car park just outside the test center, tester might point at a spot and tell you where to park though, get there early and get an easy spot to get out of, no point being marked down before you even get on the road, best of luck

The tester will usually indicate where to park.

When parking before the test, do it in such a way that you can drive out forward. The last thing you need is to start your test in reverse. When finishing, do the opposite - drive in forward.

    This ^^^^^^^^^^

For my own car test it was at an NCT centre with only 2 designated spaces for test applicants, i reversed the car in before the start of the test, at the end of it the tester told me where to park, in either of said spaces, i just drove it straight in and reversed out when heading home.

For the Naas test centre avoid parking in the RSA designated spot nearest the door because its right beside the kerb and you could get a grade 2 for clipping it when moving off.
