Renault Kangoo maxi valve cover gasket

Hi,I have oil grime sitting on the top of the engine of my Renault Kangoo.I am presuming it's a leak from the valve gasket.The van is only 3 years old and is slowly developing problems.Does the 5 year warranty cover this?If any one else is not happy with there Kangoo I would be interested in hearing what's up.Thanks
