    A bulb over the reg plate went, so as I recommended years, change both at same time.
    SO went to check other one and there is a piece of metal bent into a clip/spring that stops clicking into trim, so trying to price new one or ask a breakers

    Rear Number Plate Lights Lamps is coming up in some searches
    Basically a plastic box with frosted class at the bottom for the light to come through, it twists over the top of the bulb holder with two plastic catches to hold it in

    Is a 2010 ford focus

    They are very cheap from your local Ford dealer.
