Illness benefit

    Hi all,

    I was out sick for two weeks at the start of April, I got €208 illness benefit deducted from my employer in work.

    I send it gp signed certs etc to welfare office but have heard nothing back since.

    I have tied ringing for update everyday but nobody ever answers the phone.

    Just wondering is this normal timeframe to get the payment or Cheque or is something wrong?

    Is there anyway of finding out other than the phone

    Payment for me hasn’t gone in yet anyone else in the same situation? Cert in since last Thursday sick of this.
