    1,000 Residential Units. (mixed high density, Duplex over Flat, Duplex over Duplex, 2 Story Houses, + large Apartment Blocks)
    Finishing the Distributor Road to Join R127 to Skerries, (including a seperate pedestrian / cycle access to this road)
    A New Local Retail Centre.
    A New School.
    A Leisure Centre / Swimming Pool/
    A Park the whole length of the development 1st Class Open Space.

    From looking through it they seem to have definitely learned from the mistakes of Brega/Chieftains Way / Moylaragh. However, the objections are flying in. Specifically around infrastructure/amenity (which is all in the plan) and the 6 Story Apartment Blocks.
