04 cmax central locking stopped working

    Got a 2004 ford cmax 1.6tdci.
    Central locking was working fine a few days ago,then the next day just stopped working.
    Changed battery ,nope.
    Tried the programming again by doing the turning the ignition multiple times hearing a beep and pressing a button but no beep when button pressed.
    Tried disconnecting car battery and disconnecting the receiver but no luck
    Any other ideas to try?
