Vibration on braking

I've noticed there is a bit of vibration when breaking on my BMW 520D 2014. On inspection the edge of the discs look fairly corroded on the edges and it was noted the last time it was in having a service. From research vibration can be uneven on the disc so I'm thinking it's probably time to get this done.

I've changed pads before but never discs and never on this car.

Pads should be OK. Brake fluid was changed last service so that should be fine too.

What sort of price am I looking at for changing all 4 discs?

Discs and pads need to be changed together, discs are quite expensive for that 5 series due to aluminium bells being used, circa 500 for just discs alone

Ouch. Start saving so. Had a look at non OEM and they were coming in at 200-,300

Be wary of anything too cheap, they are well known for brake vibration issues and cheaper parts can be vibrating again after only a few k.

Oem would be best but if you can get decent brembo discs or similar they would do the job. Just don't opt for the all steel variants, they should have an aluminium bell mounted to a steel disc (thats why they are so dear)

    Looking at these ones

    https://www.ebay.de/itm/Zimmermann-Bremsscheiben-330mm-Bremsbelage-vorne-BMW-F10-520-530-Touring/371636114239?hash=item56873d133f:g:vU0AAOSwaxlZko1v

Saw them mentioned on a BMW forum

Can get the full set back and fronts with pads and sensors for under 400 mark.

The fitting doesn't seem too complex though I'll find someone to do it for me.

Fitting them needs to be done perfectly, spotless hubs or else vibration central....

I havent used those zimmerman before, have you a link to the fronts? to see if they have the aluminium bell or if they are all cast
    They should look like this:https://static.schmiedmann.dk/ProductPictures/image_135818_big.jpg

with rivets holding on the bell

Don't discount getting BMW to quote, if you have BMW First (20% off) the cost may no be that far off Indie prices, plus if you get the shimmy after they are fitted you have the warranty.

Chose carefully as some F10 owners have been driven demented with this.
