I've a 07 Passat with a washer problem. I replaced the pump a few months back and that's working fine, I can hear the pump working when I pull the lever.
Up at the windscreen there's barely a dribble coming out.. so I blew back the Jets with the airline _ no difference. Then I took it out, and pulled the lever again, fine flow of water so the pump , fuse and lines are ok up to the bonnet fitting.....
I steeped the unit in limescale remover for three days and put it back in _ no difference.
I saw a two pin connector on the fitting on the bonnet, what's this for?

Otherwise in at a loss to what's wrong with it .

    Any ideas?
Only scrapped my father's passat a few weeks ago, I could have swopped them if I still had it!

The connector is for heated washer nozzles I'd say.

I'd try rodding them a pin, if that doesn't work I'd just buy a new set, they are cheap.
