Has anyone any experience with the BTWEA ESG Grant?

I'm applying for funding for a computer I need for the company, but am struggling to find any suppliers who will agree to Revenue's terms.

I need to pay the supplier 20%, then revenue will pay the balance of 80%. My case worker has already warned me that it takes approx 3 months for Revenue to release the funds to the supplier. The supplier cannot release the goods to me before it's fully paid.

Any company I ask won't agree to this Has anyone any recommendations of computer suppliers they might have used before?
