How long does it usually take to process illness benefit. I've been signed off work and am a mum with two kids to support. Been 2 weeks now so wanted to have a rough idea

Less than 2 weeks usually. The first 3 days don't count but after that it should only take 3 or 4 days. Your community welfare officer will usually write you a cheque to keep you going if it's delayed.
