Redundancy

My company is downsizing my department and there are a number of redundancies as a result. I have been told that my role has been made redundant and that my job is at risk of redundancy.

I have not been with the company for 2 years so I know that I am not entitled to redundancy payments.

My question is what are my rights in this situation? Do the unfair selection requirements of redundancy still apply to me?

Can anyone point me to an online resource that spells out my rights here? All the usual ones just say that i am not entitled to redundancy payments as I have not worked for 2 years with the company.

    Thanks
