Mazda 6 stereo speaker issues

So, weird one started happening on Saturday.
Hopped in the car and after a few seconds, the sound from the stereo began flicking between speakers. It'd go from all, to left front, to dash, to all front etc.

I'm thinking it might be the Bose amp on it's way out but figure a second opinion might be good, in case it's something else, and before I start pulling the dash apart to get at the stereo itself. Also don't think the sub is working, or rarely working at least, much less bassy than it used to be.

2010 Mazda 6, Bose sound system, with aftermarket stereo and all associated wiring/adapters to get it working with steering wheel controls and the Bose system itself.

Parking sensors, or Phone kit fitted ?

    Neither.
Stereo has Bluetooth built in, fairly sure it's doing it when I don't have the phone on me to connect to it as well.

So, looks like it could be the amp.
Popped the original stereo back in at the weekend and it's still acting up.
Now to price up an amp, also might need two speakers, one for definite anyway.
