    Asking this for my uncle. He’s on DA and has now been offered a job, they want him to start on Friday, I’m guessing that if he wishes to keep his DA then he can’t comply with the prospective employer’s request? It hasn’t been cleared by his GP therefore the welfare haven’t either.

    I recently took up 2 days work and on DA,I rang and told them and all they said was send in a payslip when i recieve it ,and said the letter from doctor was not needed as rules had changed ,but i got one anyway and sent it along with my first payslip and have had no issues so far ,Thats about 3 month ago now,
