On disability allowance husband on carers allowance also works 10-15 hours a week.
Daughter just finished collage with 2 degrees. She has done 5 interviews in the last few weeks but as yet no reply back from any of them

My question is when she comes home and signs on will it affect our payments as she will be living in the house with us

It will not affect your payments because, for a couple who are married/in a civil partnership/cohabiting only the means of each other is taken into account.

If your daughter is over 25 years of age and living with you, your incomes would not be taken into account for her means tested Jobseekers Allowance payment but if she has not yet become 25, then some of your incomes would be taken into account under the benefit and privilege set-up. However, if she has lived elsewhere in Ireland (or abroad) independent of her parents for at least 3 years, benefit and privilege is assessed as €7.

The following sets out how her payment would be calculated if she is not yet 25 years old, claiming Jobseekers Allowance and living with you: https://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/social_welfare/irish_social_welfare_system/means_test_for_social_welfare_payments/means_test.html

    Another question

Daughter has found accomadation for 3 months she has taken it because the company told her that after 3 months she could be moved to another county.

Should she change her address to her new accomadation she is using our home address at present I am asking because if we should be assessed again it may look as if there is another 4 or 500 a week coming into the house

Your daughter's income, even should she be living with you, will not be considered in any assessment for you or your husband.
