Ford Focus 2010

Hopefully by this day next week i will now be driving a ford focus 2010 and from i can see it has no USB radio function and would rather not go down the AUX or bluetooth to FM transmitter Would something like this video be doable yourself? Or would i be better going to a car sound place and get them to put in a new radio…

In my current car i have a radio and a HORRIBLE grey surround and holder thing as took out a original radio and there was a gap that needed to be filled, halfords fitted it ( free isn't always good)
