Any advice appreciated on this, my grandmother passed away last year , her medical file has been requested from the doctor multiple times, and also a medical report has been requested, the cost of medical report was 250 euro which was paid , still no report has been furnished or medical file produced, multiple calls to the doctor to ask when will documents be ready to collect and receptionist says il get the doctor to call you , but the doctor never made contact, can this carry on be reported to the medical council for not making contact or no date given that documents will be ready. 9 months waiting for this and nothing yet.

Why do you think you are entitled to receive another person's medical file?

imho your grandmother's Per Rep is entitled to her medical files.
Undue delay should be reported to the relevant professional body
