Are psychic chats legal?

    So i was browsing the internet and i found this website psychicworld.com
    I bought a chat for 5$/m and what i got was just a girl telling me that my future will be great.
    Is this legal or is this just scam.

    Most of the "legitimate" psychic sites claim (in the small print) to be an entertainment service, i assume to avoid any fraud claims
