    Hi all,

    I am finding it hard to locate the info online... a friend is looking to get help to buy and is looking for some advice.

    He has a partner who owns her own home but they are not married
    He is on 46k and has a deposit of 27k saved
    He is looking to purchase a three bed of some sort in the Dublin area

    Would help to buy help him buy the house in his name only?
