I think Amazon UK has stopped their on line chat, which is a nuisance, amazon.com is different. Has anyone used the UK e chat recently

Might be depending on the options selected, try other options. was the item sold by a 3rd party seller or Amazon?

Hi, I've tried on amazon.com without any problems accessing the e chat, but Amazon UK is still only giving a phone call or send email option.

I've been onto Amazon and they have investigated the issue , so they have found a problem, quote : I've checked and I'm afraid to inform you that it has been caused by a technical issue, and we're currently working on a solution.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
