Present licence, tax and insurance..

    Hi, I need to present the above to the local station. I can’t find my tax or insurance certs... will the discs suffice in anyone’s experience??

    No such thing as a Tax Cert. They will want to see the Insurance Cert though.

    Call insurance for a new cert, show tax disc to station. Maybe ask the station for some time incase cert doesn't show up, but you have 10 days to produce I believe and usually insurance are quite good at getting documents out.

    I presume tax would be the log book but people can tax their car online and its not like the old brown book bring in to office pay and they stamped the square of book.

    I had an issue as the insurance disc blew out an open window and photocopied my other one and used that.Garage insurance and same insurance number on cert.Yes agree get a copy of cert and only have 1 disc in each.Some cars in with us are stuffed with discs.

    Would logbook also be needed?
