So I have a very difficult neighbour. He keeps leaning over my side of wall and cutting my hedges on my side and cutting holes in them in my opinion so he can see into our garden. I have asked can we increase the height of the wall and he has refused. There isn’t enough room between the current wall and my trees or hedges…

I have asked can we increase the height of the wall and he has refused. There isn’t enough room between the current wall and my trees or hedges to build another wall.

My question is am I allowed to nail trellis/wood fence onto the wall on my side to increase the height? To no more than 6 feet?

Am I allowed to attach anything to the wall?
