Customer care here on the Electric Ireland Social Media channels will return on Tuesday 23rd April.

The telephone customer service advisors are available on 01 8529534 until 8pm this evening Friday, and until 8pm tomorrow evening.

Electric Ireland will be closed on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

Electricity pay as you go (PAYG) credit-friendly hours will end on Easter Monday morning as the meters only recognise holidays that are on the same date every year. Here are all of the ways in which you can top up: https://www.electricireland.ie/residential/help/pay-as-you-go/how-do-i-top-up-my-pay-as-you-go-electricity-meter

If there is a power-line fault, ESB Networks are the company to contact no matter which billing company the affected customers are registered with. They are available by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: https://www.esbnetworks.ie/power-outages-updates/overview

If you need to speak with the PAYG team first thing on Tuesday, they are available from 8am on 01 8529534.

    Enjoy the weekend!
