how are seetec still able to call people in for interviews when their contract will not be renewed this Nov and after all the bad press

I'm unemployed right now yes but I'm perfectly capable of not finding work on my own

Yes, JobPath continues despite the Dail vote and bad press. Over 7,000 had sanctions against their SW payments in 2018 because of failure to engage. Your choice.

it states at the bottom of the appointment letter that my payment will be effected if i dont show up without good cause, i have plenty of good cause not to engage with a company thats sole purpose is to be paid first and get people into any meaningful employment second, the stats are there to back up their abysmal failure in doing the latter but they get paod either way, this really grinds my gears, total waste of time and money

What you should do then is not engage, and then give the above as your explanation when SW ask you why you didn’t.
If you can find your own job then why haven’t you already?
