I’ve tried the fuses and and even put in a new switch and looked at the wires. Can’t seem to find the problem. Can anyone shine some light on the situation.or help

Is it not unlocking or is it not opening? as in using door handles inside and outside

The back door wont open the car locks fine .There’s a clinking noise from the new switch. But won’t open have checked all fuses and most of the wiring.

The back doors are not electrical though, they have a door handle and a cable to open them unless locked?

Sure if it had a handle and a cables. It would be simple fix and I won’t be asking for help 😂But yes it’s an electrical lock with a switch type

It’s the tailgate the boot door that’s not opening ?

By back door do you mean the boot lid/tailgate? That is electrically operated, back doors are cable to handle though.
Can you access from inside and see if you can remove the plastic and manually release it?

Ahh but you said it was a back door not the boot door, they are different things ;)

If it is electrical then you need to test the switch with multimeter, is it working? Is it getting 12v on one wire and ground on the other? Does the latch work when with a bench power supply? It shouldn't be too hard to figure out they are a very simple system

Yes I’ve manually released it a few times. Have the door card left off. Iv a new switch in place iv checked the wiring and checked the fuses. The window washer works the wiper works the number plates lights work. And the car central locking is fine . !???

Did you checked actuator(mechanical assembly) and actuator motor inside it for faults?
