    Leinster didn’t say to Ulster here please take Jack McGrath, happy to provide him for you. Just as Connacht didn’t about Henshaw.

    The provinces develop players but they don’t provide other provinces with players. Anyway this language debate has gone on long enough so will leave it at that.

    Yes, Boss never played in England, Ulster brought him over from Waikato and then he moved to Leinster after a few years.

    Reddan also played in Connacht and Munster for 4 years before he went over to Wasps.
