Respraying wing - replacement of badges?

Ive got a scratch on the wing of my car which Im hoping to fix as cheaply as possible.

Ive got quotes from two garages. They differ on one point - there is a badge on the wing displaying the model of the car. One garage says once taken off it cant be put back on, and a new badge is needed. The other says those badges are only held on by double sided tape which they have in stock, and can be taken on and off. There is a difference of 100 euro for the badge; Im on a budget so Id rather go with the cheaper option. However I dont want the badge falling off later. Any inputs to confirm once view or the other would be appreciated!
