Knocking noise over potholes and when braking?

Hi all, my Honda Jazz is making a weird knocking noise when its going over potholes or a bumpy road but also when I press the brakes mildly (but not very soft) from an over 60-70km/h sometimes braking straight but more apparent if its in a bit of a bend so wheels not completely straight and this can happen at speeds lower than 60km/h too. I have already changed the anti roll bar links and bushes and noise is still the same. I cannot really re-create the noise unless driving. If car is stationary and I press on the car no noise is coming. The noise is more relevant to speed also, so the more the bumpy road is and more potholes the more noise and the same with speed/breaking the knocking noise amplifies to an almost "BRRRRRRRRRR" so very fast movement whatever might be. I have also just moved the steering wheel small amount back and forth while stationary and there's a small knock either way when I do that so not sure if related. The usual noise is coming from around the driver side below where the suspension and lower control arm and whole lot is. Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like worn track rod ends, check them first then the inner tie rods.

Have you checked the suspension coil ? They seem ok in visual inspection but can make such noises

Agree with this. Sounds like a worn track rod end or perhaps lower balljoint. I have a similar issue with a fiesta at the moment.

aside from knocking track rod ends that sounds like failing bearings

Hi again guys, so a proper mechanic jumped in and test drove it for a few minutes and could tell straight away the noise is coming from the break discs. They look in good condition and never thought such horrendous noise can come from the break discs. Changed then and new break pads and noise was gone. Thanks all for input

Mine is a 1.2 jazz 08 so not a hybrid. I have a couple of friends with fit hybrids and they say they're great. Personally I couldn't praise my jazz highly enough. Super reliable, very spacious for a hatchback and all around a great car unless you're looking to rally :)
I would buy any Honda petrol/hybrid engines blindfolded to be honest. I have been really liking the Honda Fit Hybrid RS. They are 1.5 hybrid engines have around 120HP and look quite sporty too. Unfortunately a bit out of my price range and rarely any for sale in Ireland. Best of luck anyway!
