What are people's opinions on this?

Seems a good 5K cheaper than expected.

The most expensive car you'll ever buy is a cheap M3!
I love them though, have you been to see any at all?

No, none. My mechanic said that after you fork out for one, that's only the beginning of forking out for it.

I'm toying with either building an extension for the kitchen, or getting one of these.

Looks suspiciously cheap though: I thought they go for 15K. I hear that if you get one, it'll go up in value.

That might be the case but you will never make money on it.
sure even if you got 15k for it in 3 years you would have spent 5500 in tax alone.

If you are anyway worried about money then this is not a car you want to get involved with.
Or if you are going to begrudge it a penny.
Ask over on baackroads.ie ,chances are someone will know the car.

I'd be checking to see had the rear subframe been done. It's a known weakness on these. Be prepared to spend another 6-7k in the first 2 years

Here is a link to the car being discussed, not much information apart from the ominous warning to do a reg check!
