Think of all the money and letters from the president you'd get if you lived to be 1000.

Sure, why not? If you're in good health then life is a great experience and there's always something new to do or learn. How such longevity will be paid for is another matter though

No way. Sure I'm almost 60 and I'm fed up.

Yes, if in good health. But we can’t all do it.

Be able to get a 900 year mortgage and manage to buy a house in Dublin !

That depends. Would I look like I’m 1000 years old but in great health or do I look like today’s middle age for the next 960 years

Is life not a struggle for most? I think I’d be bored of it definitely by 120 years of age. Maybe it says more about my own particular life. Your ultimate purpose is to have offspring and then die yourself. People disappoint me overall, I think I’d have well and truly have had enough of them by 120 years of age.

You could work a low paying job that you enjoy and not worry about it because of compound interest.
