I was wondering does anyone have any experience with these bluetooth earphones?
I have a constant crackling, and skipping.
I have re paired, restarted phone, earphones, nothing seems to resolve it.

Same issue with music on deezer and pocketcast.

I have contacted support but heard nothing back.

Can anyone recommend any alternatives even? I wouldnt want to go much over 30/40 euro.

The annoying thing is I have an old pair of Bluedio bluetooth ones and they work totally fine but battery is fairly poor, I thought these would be an upgrade!

The problem is, if you are only willing to pay 40euro max on headphone's/earbuds you are going to have to live with poor quality.
You are way better off saving up a bit more money and buying something decent. Just my two cents.

I paid something like €21 euro for a pair identical in form to those Anker ones, made by TT-Tronics ...and they work perfectly without any issue whatsoever.

There is no way a €40 pair should be as bad as you describe OP.

They must be either faulty or there is something wrong with your bluetooth connection somehow. Try then on a second device and if the issue persists the issue is most likely the earphones are faulty. Sounds like they have a reception problem.
