Once funds hit sellers solicitors account you should get keys

Nothing to do with drawdown so much as when you close the sale.

Once the sale is closed keys are released.

Solicitor will email you( closing email important for the paper trail) and normally tell you where the keys can be collected from- its a great buzz getting that news, think I sprinted across town with an idiot grin on my face to where they keys where being held I got my news!
