Change date on direct debit

    Hi - I'm looking to change the date of my direct debit from 14th April to 18th April in line with my pay day - is this possible? Thanks a mil

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    This will depend on whether the request has been sent to your bank already. The request is usually sent between 5 and 7 working days in advance.

    If you send us a private message with your account details, we can look into this for you. 

    We need you to please provide the following:
    • Your name
    • Your address
    • Your account number
    • Your contact number
    • Confirmation you are the account holder 

    We will then be able to check your account.
