    Hi,
Does anyone know what the strongest paint stripper available in Ireland is? I know that since dichloromethane was banned a few years ago they all became weak and comparatively useless, but does anyone have practical experience on which is the strongest available over the counter here?
    Thanks for your help,
    Martin

What kind of paint are you trying to strip and from what item/place etc?

I'm trying to strip the two layers of paint from the back of a regular mirror... the old stuff used to work but the replacement product off the shelves isn't strong enough to do it.
