Hi,

Our solicitor verified our help to buy application and we got our refund in 5 days which was super!

However, we haven’t received our first draw down, we only submitted our stage payment request. There is no delay we just weren’t at that stage of our build yet.

Anyone know if this will be an issue? The fact we have been paid the refund but not the first drawdown?

I’m in two minds whether to contact revenue and hold our hands up.. rather that than them trying to clawback at a later stage when the money is spent!!

Help or advise would be greatly appreciated folks.
