Can't you just prise them out with a screwdriver. They are only plastic plugs and are unimportant. tbh you are better off just taking them out altogether because if you need to change a wheel on the side of the road on a dark wet windy winter's evening you'll have enough to be doing besides trying to get these fiddly bastards off of the wheel. Take em off and keep them somewhere and put them back on when you are selling the car.

Bend a nail using a vice and a hammer. Be grand. ;)

You could make one with a bit a piece of wire coat hanger.

I think the wheels look nasty with the caps gone, I wouldn't take them off. Ordering one from the dealer is probably best if you dont feel like making one, they are less than €5.

Probably heaps of them on Ebay or in breakers yards etc.

Clothes hanger, pliers and job done.

Put an old house key or car key onto your keys, one with a decent cut out at the tip. I've used this plenty times. https://www.etrailer.com/static/images/pics/c/h/chk545_1000.jpg

There are shower drains you can get which are built into a wet room floor. The grate over them comes with a tool for lifting it out, rod with a hook and a generous finger ring at the end. I have one in my van for the vw caps.

A coat hanger bent to shape. Just make sure the hook end is a good square bend.

I could list stuff all day...

    hope this helps
