Citizenship Ceremony April 2019

Hello,

Has anybody received invites to the citizenship ceremony scheduled for April 29th?

We are expecting and invite but await patiently!
I see on the website it says they should issue from 4-5 weeks ahead of the ceremony date which is now less than4 weeks away.

Has your application been approved and you've paid the €900?
Unfortunately I haven't. I haven't even got the letter to pay the €900 yet...

Hello, yes paid it in February but nothing since. Fingers crossed yours comes through soon.

That's great. Hopefully you'll get the invitation in the next couple of days and in for the next ceremony.
Would you mind if I ask when did you submit/send in your application? Just trying to get my head around the time frame and understand how long would be the processing time.

It took much longer than the average.. lodged the application October 2017 🙠no additional info requested but the background check/clearance from home country took forever ... 16 months I think from lodging to acceptance letter. Now to wait for a ceremony. I hope yours is faster! It can be frustrating and quite disruptive to some life plans!

That's interesting. I have applied in October 2017 too and no additional info requested (so I presume everything was in place).
Still waiting to get the outcome of my application and haven't got the approval letter yet.
Hope you receive the invitation letter in the next couple of days and be in for the next ceremony on the 29th.
Let us know how it goes. It's always uplifting to hear success stories.
