Incorrect date on return booking

    I was so certain when I booked a trip with air Transat with a return date 23rd September, only to check the confirmation email with a 23rd October , I can't contact them till the morning. Anyone know if it's a fixable problem?

    When did you book it? Most of ther major airlines will let you cancel without penalty within 24hrs of booking. I don't have personal experience of air transat though.

    Might be helpful if you let others know how you sorted it - was it by email or did you have to call? Did you get the feeling there is a 24hr window on fixing this?
    Was it a hassle?

    Phoned this morning, luckily the return seats were still available,I got the impression that within 24 hrs there wouldn't be a charge, but it's at their discretion.
