I have been waiting for a will for over 17 months, is this common to be paid out ? if that is correct term? I wont go into the reason it was delay in too much detail. I think the solicitors are just dealing with the most pressing issue first as they come basis. So if you dont keep after at them it will sit there, like it did for over 3 months at one stage.

It is currently at the tax commissioners, after this process. Are there anymore hurdles to jump ?. As I am afraid of brexit and shares that are in the will. As they may crash and I am left with a larger tax bill than there value. I know I am already behind the curve on this one. I have highlighted this fact to them
