No one in the carers section of the social welfare is doing their job anymore on the phones. They just let the phones ring out and don't bother answering. Does the carers section of the social welfare have an email address?
I know the workers don't give a flying fook about anyone but if it's in writing surely someone has to answer me.

Does anyone hold these fookers to account anyway?
Who are they accountable to?
How can someone get them to do their jobs?
I had to hang up over 40 minutes listening to guitar and piano music and thank you for continuing to hold every 5 seconds and a complete waste of my credit and time.
I want to complain about this.
