Renting car from main dealer

    Hi anyone know how much it is to rent a car from a main dealer and what documentation etc needed. I will ring in morning but just wanting a head start in what to expect.
    My car broke down just now and have it booked in Monday in local independant garage but need car for tomorrow evening up untill monday morning.

    Just hire a car from Budget/Hertz/etc. Why does it have to be a dealer?
    You need your licence and credit card.

    Because i dont have any rental companies near my country town and i dont own a credit card.

    Nobody will rent to you without a credit card. A main dealer would still look for that.

    Ask indie garage for a loan of any old yoke they have knocking around.

    It's unlikely you will secure a rental from a dealer you have no business relationship with.
    Try this place they accept debit card though you may have to travel depending where you are based.
