    Hi. I recently bought a small retail unit in Kilkenny. Can anyone recommend an estate agent who will work hard to rent the property and offers value for money? Thanks

    He recently sorted me out with a specific property , The rest weren't interested.

    I went with Fran Grincell. Absolutely delighted with his service. I dealt mostly with his son David and for the small retail unit and fee he worked extremely hard to get a tenant. Have a great tenant now on a 10 year lease. Thanks for all the advice guys.
