Just wondering if there is anyone, qualified instructors (PTs) in particular, who are planning on attending the Thrive Festival in Dublin this weekend? Has anyone attended this event in years gone by and was it a beneficial use of a day? There's a small number of classes which are of interest to me but a significant proportion of material is not. Thoughts and feedback would be welcome.

im a coach, have been offered tickets from a range of people over the past two weeks, zero interest tbh - the overall quality isnt there for me but might be fine for someone else, just my opinion

I will however be attending and speaking at wellfest so maybe save your money for that

Yeah, the scope of the classes on offer is very narrow. If you are into yoga, pilates etc, it looks great. My interests lie outside of that.

Id argue also that those that are exclusively "into" yoga, pilates need far more basic strength and conditioning also - i work with lots from that background that make very little progress in their practice as they have poor basic strength and overly focus on mobility only

ive been given free tickets if you're anywhere near sandyford

Thanks for the offer but I got some freebies myself last night. Will pop in tomorrow to have a look.
