Saw it, a bit mixed and rushed no doubt. One of a number of programmes scheduled on the assumption that Brexit did indeed mean Brexit this week.

Any chance of another series of Toast I wonder

    He's planning more: https://www.radiotimes.com/news/2018-01-03/matt-berry-is-planning-a-fourth-series-of-toast-of-london/

But been busy lately - with projects like 'Year Of The Rabbit' (6 part series coming soon on Channel 4) and also the upcoming 'What We Do In The Shadows' TV series:

Michael Squeamish returns to BBC Two with four more surreal and comic documentaries on a bold and eclectic selection of new themes.

In this first episode, Squeamish offers his unique take on the history of British Entertainment.

From pigeon-racing to progressive jazz, beauty contests to the Buzzcocks, Squeamish takes us on an alternative journey through British culture, stopping at music hall, the scene, and Joy Division along the way.

Squeamish uses a unique selection of archive footage and plays fast and loose with the facts to create a joyously surreal whistle-stop tour of Britain’s love of entertainment.

    Squeamish About 10.30pm, BBC Two
Matt Berry’s silken-toned, factually erratic historian Michael Squeamish returns for this four-part short-form series on the esoteric world of British culture, following last year’s mockumentary Road to Brexit. We open with 15 minutes on “entertainments”, as Squeamish narrates from his archive, covering everything from vole-culling to fracking and pigeon-flying clubs. Irreverent, deeply strange and often hilarious, this is Berry on top satirical form, mocking everyone and everything.
