Hi

My wife and I have been trying to submit a joint application for Help to Buy. Have been unable to get my wife's Form 12 processed and have been back and forth with revenue a few times with no success.

After cancelling the pending the application, I re-applied by myself and was approved straight away.

My question is, will there by an issue with a Help to Buy approved for one person for a mortgage relevant to two people?

Hi

were you able to resolve it ? I am in similar situation HTB approved in mine name but trying to add my partner who is employed this year but wasn't in previous years.
