    Hi folks

I have an upcoming interview for a promotion in work. It's been over 6 years since my last interview and promotion and so am feeling a little bit out of the loop!

Any ideas of questions to ask at the end of an interview? I am.planning on asking what the next step is after interview etc.

Would be grateful if you could give a few questions and I could incorporate them into the interview. Thanks a mill!

    What Industry?

Why did you apply for this role?

How do you feel about working with Jane and John?

What skills have you picked up over the past 6 years in the company?

Why do you feel you're a good fit for this role?

    Have you experience doing x, y, z?

What sort of project management or supervisor tasks have you done in your current role?

For internal positions, they usually already know who they want to give the job to.

    Ah I see
    I'm not in that industry.

The only worthwhile question I would consider would be

what do you expect to be completed within the first 30 or 90 days (by the successful candidate)
