I travel out and withdrew with my ATM card. Next time I tried withdrawing the machine told me pin incorrect. I tried other machines and the card was finally blocked. Called AIB phone services and they put me on to the automated machine that could remind me the PIN. The pin it gave me is definitely not my pin as my pin has…

Called AIB phone services and they put me on to the automated machine that could remind me the PIN. The pin it gave me is definitely not my pin as my pin has been flipped and the frequency of the numbers altered even though the numbers are still the same.
Has this happened to anyone before?
Now I have to look for a bank that can offer pin services to unlock my card

Likely they gave a new PIN code as they believed current may be compromised.
