    Hi all,

I’m a 42 year old guy. Some what over weight but not obese. I’ve had excess fat on my chests area for as long as I remember. Planning on having surgery via liposuction and gland removal if needed.

I’d appreciate any opinions or advice from any guys that have had it done. I was looking at clinic in Belgium but will go with one in Dublin. Belgium advised 2500 for lipo but said I’d need excess skin removed which would total 4500. Dublin clinic advised lipo and gland removal if lipo doesn’t remove it. All in price of 4100. Ive a better feeling with Dublin clinic and can get it done a lot quicker here.

Hi mate. I have no advice for you as I have not had it done but I am in a similar position to you and was wondering what clinic in Ireland you looking at getting it done in? I have also considered going foreign and was looking at Adam Kalecinski in Poland as an option (he seems to do it for around 1700 euro and is well recommended)..My particular case is entirely my own fault as I took anabolic steroids for a few months when I was 24 and I probably do not need any liposuction as I never had any issues with my chest prior to that..Best of luck anyway pal

Hey Foxy. Not sure if I’m allowed mention but I’ll give it a go. I’m going with Auralia clinic in Park West D12. It’s pricey at just over 4G. I looked at Belgium surgery they have clinics in Dublin. They gave me 2 prices 2500 and 4500. The higher price if I wanted excess skin removed. Dublin clinic said not needed. I’ve gone with the Dublin clinic, no waiting, having it done next week. Just got a better feeling from Dublin place. A lot of money but birthday treat to myself and had a very rough year last year so hoping to boost confidence.

Thanks mate, I'll check them out. Best to just go ahead and get it sorted. I've been putting this off for years and telling myself that its not that important but eventually it just wears ya down always worrying about it. It also makes me get disheartened with my exercise regime as I can never achieve the look I want with gyno.. All the best with your surgery
