Lenovo laptop not letting me sign in

    Hi have a problem with my laptop it won't let me sign in either by finger print or pin.
    What can I do to get back in?

    Hopgilrl,
    From what I understand , You'll have to go to Microsoft account and reset your password. You will have to answer your secret questions of course. :P

    Define won't let me?

    I turned on my laptop, used my fingerprint sign in option but it said pin required did that but said pin didn't match but I know it is the right pin.

    Make sure you don't have the NumLock key wrong, might be a sticky key in which case maybe try the pin using the shift key and numerals from top row.

    Thank you everyone. Got back in oh the stress levels have decreased. College assignments due in needed to keep working on them.
