Where can I find out what I am entitled to?

I have been a combination of self employed, a student, unemployed (but not entitled to anything due to having been self employed) and employed. However, I am employed now, but have so many chronic illneses that I have realised I just am not able to work full time. Yet because I am married and was self employed for so long I don't know if I am entitled to anything. Is there anyone I could pay to seek advice on this? Citizens advice is only open during my work hours and I can't take time off.

May I pm you? Don't want to disclose location. Thanks. I did already look and the only late night hours they have seem to be for FLAC.

    Citizens Information Phone Service

The Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) is funded and supported by the Citizens Information Board to provide a comprehensive and confidential telephone information service. CIPS can be contacted by phone from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, on 0761 07 4000.
CIPS also operates a Live Advisor instant chat service for people with hearing and speech difficulties and others who have difficulty communicating by telephone. Live Advisor is available between 9am and 5pm (Monday to Friday).
A note on 0761 telephone numbers
Call costs to 0761 numbers vary – your telephone service provider should be able to give you further details on the costs that apply for your telephone package
