Should I invest €10k in a dividend payer or a growth stock?

I'm 24 years old, and have been investing monthly for the last 5 months and looking for some advice on my next investment.

My portfolio consists mostly of tech growth stock.

I now have €10k to put into something, and have been wondering whether I should put it into a dividend payer or in some more growth stocks.

As for putting it into a dividend payer, I'm wondering is the initial sum too low to generate any worthwhile return?
And therefore would I be better off putting it into something with higher growth potential?

Also, as most of my stocks are tech, I'm swaying more towards a more "recession friendly" investment next, in preparation for a downturn.

Thanks a lot for any advice / feedback!
